Auto reply fails

            Description

            If a user replies to a bulk email where auto reply has been selected, no auto reply is sent and cron reports a crash as documented in the attached log.

            The cause is that commas are missing from the end of lines 218 and 219 in reply.php (all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Mailing/Event/BAO/reply.php)
