Description
We have a customer requirement to search for all people who don't have a particular tag in advanced search. (they also want this to be set by default so that their VIPs are excluded from day-to-day activities - which I see as a buildFormHook extension).
I think in terms of UI this will probably be a checkbox or little blue link next to the tag search selector 'flipping' it. I will see about whether the tag search needs to be disabled. I'm not sure yet if it acts as an AND or an OR with the selector yet.
We will probably add this into our 4.4 repo & then look at getting it into core in some later release
