Description
Start from http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/admin/price/field/option?action=browse&reset=1&sid=12&fid=15 (or a similar URL), click More > Delete to delete an option. You'll land at a URL like http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/admin/price/field/option?action=delete&oid=31 with a message "Sorry but we are not able to provide this at the moment."
It looks like this was reported on the forums, and a patch proposed: https://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,29715.0.html. I've yet to test the patch but will have a look.
