Upgrade to 4.4 failing on cached views data

            Description

            When upgrading to 4.4 using DRUSH we are getting failures because there is a cached reference to calling civicrm_handler_filter_pseudo_constant with CRM/Grant/Pseudoconstant as the option. This file no longer exists & hence we crash.This is a 4.2.15 to 4.4 upgrade.

            running drush cc all prior to upgrade sorted this out & should probably be part of the drush upgrade script
