Track undeliverable mail / CC implementation

            Description

            When sending emails in CiviCRM/CiviMail, it doesn't (to my knowledge) let you know when something bounces back undeliverable. How can you know when this happens?

            Also, although it's useful for the email to only show the recipient themselves and not anyone else, what about when you want recipients to see eachother. Can a CC and BCC be implemented?
