Address State does not export

1. Click Search on http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/contact/search?reset=1 to search for all contacts
2. Select any contact where State <> "", e.g., contact 66 (Mei Adams) is from California.
3. Set Action = Export Contacts and GO
4. Keep all defaults (Export Primary Fields, Do Not Merge, etc.) and Continue >>
5. Note that State is blank in the resulting csv (example attached).
