Description
As of 4.4.6 and 4.5 (today) - state_province_id and state_province are returned but state_province_name is not.

when using contact get or getsingle API, the state_province value is not populated. both the state_province_name and state_province_id are filled, but the abbreviation is missing.
confirmed on both 4.4 and 4.5.a1
