Flash Chart label disappeared when selected a different date format than default

            Description

            I am using civi 4.4.4, drupal & Nginx, Php-Fpm. Its a Clean install.
            In the beginning it was showing the year. Flash Chart label disappeared when selected a different date format than the default one. i.e.. I have selected the one "31 December 2009".

            I was able to create the problem on Drupal Demo site also.. (screen shot attached)
