CiviDiscount doesn't selectively apply discount to event price sets

On a client's site and a dev site, if you select an event for a discount code, and specify price values to apply it to, CiviDiscount applies the discount to all price set values instead. I am using Cividiscount 2.5, so it is possible this isn't a problem in 2.4.
