Event fee calculation and payment options with IE and Crome

issue with the event fees calculating when I am using IE and Crome. Firefox work just fine. When users click on my price sets to register for event the payment option pay later disappears. You have to click on two or more registration price sets in order to get it to re-appear. Also if you click the check boxes off and on rapidly you can actually get a negative total cost.
