      Description

Part of the proposed fix for CRM-14319 is to make the api treat a limit of 0 as no limit - ie.

      https://github.com/eileenmcnaughton/civicrm-core/commit/91b4717297406034ee1c97d11bc209fbdff2eb81

This is a fairly requested api feature & I can't think of a use case for having a limit of 0 otherwise.

does the idea of introducing this into 4.4.5 give you pause?
