Scheduled reminders UI broken by SMS addition

            Description

            dgg reported the following:

            • Scheduled Reminders (new/edit) form (accessed from Administer > Communications):
            • Save / Update Template checkboxes not hiding / showing properly. The Save Template and Template Name should only show after some content added to message body. Update Template only should show after changing body AND a template is selected
            • Plain-text Format pane appears twice

            This seems to be broken due to https://github.com/civicrm/civicrm-core/commit/a3e3eea10de221eede5ea8517b511223c206bd24#diff-738184b0770e9326432d6411bf2927adR151
            At least, removing this line fixes it.

            Not sure if this only affects 4.5 you might want to check 4.4 also.
