Wrong parameters for geocoding batch

"geocode" and "parse" parameters values are wrong.

On documentation it explains that values should be 0/1 but inside the code the if() verify existence of true/false values (in string not boolean).

After discussion with Lobo :http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,32135.msg137560.html#msg137560 batch should accept both.
