Opt-Out Tracking on Civicontribute Form

There should be an option on contribute forms for "opt-out" or "anonymous donation" that allows a user's record to be tagged as "do not contact" Right now, an organization needs to setup "anonymous donation" as a custom field, and then manually review those and set the "do not contact" flag in the db on that record. This would eliminate that step.
