CiviReport: Layout/Table.tpl does not right-align floats

            Description

            When writing custom reports that define columns as T_FLOAT, the tpl for the table layout does not align cell contents to the right, as is the case for T_INT.

            This gives weird results when a column has results with zero and non-zero (it seems to aligh zero values correctly).
