Description
Follow up from https://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-14342
Optionally display a booking confirmation page for free events. This will be configurable by event.
(Currently we do not have the option of enabling a confirmation page for free events, registrations are processed immediately.)
Requires changes to the configuration form to expose the 'use confirmation step' setting; schema change for this value in the event table (for new sites/upgrade); and modifications to the registration workflow.
