Admin-only priceset field not visible in event Registration - logged in as admin

Tried on Demo Wordpress - logged in as 'demo' (assuming I am an Admin) set up price set, one price with visibility Admin instead of public. Added priceset to Fees for event based on template Paid Online Reg. - register for event and price field w/visibility Admin is not shown.
In looking through CRM/Price/BAO/Priceset.php, check for visibility==public is there, but not visibility==admin; maybe this isn't the relevant module but, just seems there would be.
