When pop-up forms are enabled - the profile field arrow for reordering is broken after one use

            Description

            This only occurs when the Enable Pop-up forms checkbox is TRUE. If pop-up forms are disabled, things work fine.

            1. Go to Fields listing for a profile: http://drupal.sandbox.civicrm.org/civicrm/admin/uf/group/field?reset=1&action=browse&gid=1
            2. Click either UP arrow the last field.

            When the screen reloads, the CSS seems to be changed. Rows are no longer blue / white - but instead grey / white. AND the arrows are replaced with the WEIGHT integers.
