            Description

            Create event registration (back office) => Save - throws these notices:

            Notice: Undefined index: participant_role_id in CRM_Event_Form_Participant->postProcess() (line 1152 of /Users/dgg/git/crm_v4.5/CRM/Event/Form/Participant.php).
            Notice: Undefined index: custom in CRM_Event_Form_Participant->postProcess() (line 1582 of /Users/dgg/git/crm_v4.5/CRM/Event/Form/Participant.php).
            Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in CRM_Event_Form_Participant->postProcess() (line 1582 of /Users/dgg/git/crm_v4.5/CRM/Event/Form/Participant.php).
