"Organization Address and Contact Info" cannot save when invoked from Configuration Checklist

      Description

      In 'Configuration Checklist', open 'Organization Address and Contact Info' then click Save or Cancel and get "Not Found", ie error 404.
      (Get same issue from main CiviCRM screen if Organization name not set.)

      Same problem with 'From Email Addresses', ie when invoked from 'Configuration Checklist'.

      Workaround is to invoke those functions from the Administration Console.
