Description
Currently anonymous users must be given 'access uploaded files' permission in order to view images included in PCP pages (e.g. /civicrm/pcp/info?action=browse&reset=1&id=2&component=contribute), profile view (and possibly other cases ??). This is not ideal . These images should be accessible via a hashed URL.
