File fields do not show uploaded files if present.

            Description

            When a profile is opened for editing, the setDefaults function does not display files that are currently uploaded for a specific contact. Ideally, it should show the file currently attached and provide a link to delete the attachment.

            Currently, the setDefaults function breaks the rest of the profile when file fields are used in On Behalf profile. Separate issue filed in CRM-14622
