Amount entered into Text/Numeric Quantity not included correctly

If a price set includes a text/numeric quantity field to allow for an "own choice" donation the amount included in that field is not included in the total during the "initial filling in" of the form. (see attachment)>

The correct total IS actually calculated when the proceeding to the next page( ie after clicking on confirm contribution button), but it needs to show correctly when it is first added.

This is a regression as it works properly in 4.4.4 and.4.4.5
