Update Grant causes DB Error: constraint violation

            Description

            Use the Find Grants option and apply the Update Grants action against a selection. Enter values for the fields you wish to update then click "Update Grants." Result is DB Error: constraint violation.

            A patch with an appropriate fix is attached (CRM/Grant/Form/Task/Update.php)
