Javascript breaks after loading Create Custom Field dialog from Profile editor

            Description

            Steps to recreate:

            • Manage Contribution Pages > Configure sample page 1
            • Enable On Behalf and select On Behalf profile
            • Click 'Edit' profile button
            • Click 'Add set of custom fields' (or 'Add custom field' if you already have Organization custom data set)
            • Click 'Cancel'
            • Now try to close the 'Edit Profile' window by clicking the 'x'

            It doesn't close and the only way to get out is to reload the full page or select something from the nav menu.
