Description
When using the "Discover" process to install CiviCRM on Joomla by pre-uploading the files (instead of using the "Install" functionality), the file [site_root]/administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm/civicrm.config.php is not replaced with the proper content (it's left as a Drupal-centric content). As a result, the functionality to select images using "Browse Server" to include them in the mass mailing or other WYSIWYG screens, is not working, throwing an error:
Could not load the settings file at: [site_root]/administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm/../..//default/civicrm.settings.php
