Membership Renewal form 'on behalf of Org' does not prefill Org fields

WordPress 3.8.3 and CiviCRM 4.4.4 - I created an Annual Membership form for schools that is visible here:

Testing of Membership Renewals had both the Organization Details fields and the Personal Information fields prefilling as expected with the existing data from the School Org record and the School "Employee Of" Contact record.

We upgraded to CiviCRM 4.4.5 and the School Organization fields no longer prefilled (with the exception of the Organization Name). The Personal Information Contact fields continue to prefill as expected.
