Form data not retained subsequent to contribution page on behalf of fix

On demo

• set logged in contact to have 2 * permissioned employee relationships
• set contribution page to allow on behalf & set org profile to on behalf. Use a profile for individual

Fill in form as on-behalf as that user - selecting an org - but don't fill in all the required fields. When it fails on validation all the fields in the employee profile are empty - ie. the data entered was not retained - I could be wrong but I think this is a regression (post Coleman's on behalf fix).

Also, I added a country & county to my 'employer' & that did not prefill
