View Contact - Custom Field Tabs Display BOTH Collapsed and Uncollapsed Div's On Load

            Description

            From View Contact (contact summary) - click a tab (dojo tab) for a custom field group (w/ display type = tab). When the form for the custom field group loads, both the collapsed (show) and uncollapsed div's are displayed simultaneously. This happens regardless of whether the custom field group's is_collapse property is set true or false.

            If demo DB hasn't been reset, you can see this by navigating to any contact view and then clicking the Documents (collapse = false) and Application (collapse = true) tabs.
