Description
CiviCRM should have a CiviContribute counterpart for managing expenditures. I've already developed the software to export contributions to the Texas Ethics Commission reports format, but it would really help to have a built-in system for expenditures so it can generate the full report.
I imagine it would work just like CiviContribute but with fewer fields.
