Admin Profile Selector - Redundant instances of Used For values

            Description

            When a profile is "used for" multiple contribution pages, the display in the uf_group selector shows "CiviContribute" once for each joined page (e.g. for each uf_join record). It should only display the module name once. Check out this page on demo (if DB not rebuilt yet)...

            OR to recreate, use a profile in 2+ contribution pages and then go to the Admin Profile selector.
