Description
This step will allow CiviCRM to ask questions about Drupal such as its version, login paths, language, theme, timezone, and so on. It allows it to load Drupal user objects and get data about users such as their emails, the unique ids etc.
This will involve an implementation of the CRM_Utils_System_Base abstract class.
