Wordpress Base Page not updating <Title> or Breadcrumbs

When using a custom WordPress Base page the title tags use this page name for all CiviCRM page titles and leaves the breadcrumbs empty.

This code needs a bit of a cleanup, maybe adding the ability to choose the page template layout from the Wordpress Template settings. It's a standard variable.
