Quicksearch by email returns deleted contacts

            Description

            Replicated on demo site:

            1. ensure Civi site-wide search settings are set to NOT include email addresses
            2. go to a random contact
            3. add a new email address like "null1234@example.net"
            4. delete the contact
            5. in the quicksearch autocomplete, choose to search by email
            6. enter "null1234"
            7. expect no results
            8. observe the deleted contact listed in the results
