Cannot copy-paste fatal errors

            Description

            Steps to reproduce:
            1. Enable debug mode (and maybe backtraces)
            2. Trigger a fatal error
            3. On the error screen, click "Error Details". This expands to show details
            4. Try to highlight text in "Error Details". The entire section collapses, so the text disappears before you can copy it. This makes it harder to report or debug errors.

            (Observed in Firefox.)
