      Description

The 'Continue', 'Go Back' and 'Confirm' buttons are inconsistent in placement and style when booking events.

I've attached a screenshot that demonstrates this.

In keeping with the first pages, I think the confirmation page should display the buttons as:
      '<< Go Back' - 'Confirm'

This makes more sense in terms of the placement of the buttons (back on the left, forward on the right) and keeps consistency with the style of the buttons using the directional arrows. I do not think the 'Confirm' button needs the arrows since it marks the end of the process.

The sizing and spacing of these buttons should also be standardized - as the screenshot shows there is not much consistency in the sizing, even between the 1st and 2nd participants.

(The style of the go back button on this page has been discussed before https://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-10307)
