IE11 - Unable to save a relationship with an existing contact lookup

            Description

            I've only found this in IE11:

            Add Relationship (from the contact relationship tab)
            Choose Type
            Enter contact name
            Select existing
            ! - Quick Save button does not appear. Both Search & Save Relationship will trigger a search.

            Note: At this point selecting a new contact type to create and then cancelling will make the 'Quick Save' button show up, but it just searches again.
