"Case Type" link on "civicrm/admin" is stale

The administration console still shows the old link.

Doesn't look to easy to change – because the admin console pulls a list of "civicrm/admin/*" paths from the menu XML. Simplest thing is probably to keep support for the old path – but implement it as a redirect.
