Tab content cut off without scrollbars

When viewing a contact in Safari (tested with 1.3 and 2.0), the content in the tabs is cut off if it is longer than the screen (or too wide) with no scrollbars provided on the tab (like in Firefox etc) to access the content.

I can probably investigate more with the Safari dom inspector (and take a screenshot) when I get home if it's needed, but it looks like a styling issue with the new tabs in 1.6.

To reproduce the issue simply visit the sandbox site with Safari and view a contact. The majority of the tabs are unusable because most of the content is inaccessible.

This isn't a problem in 1.5.
