Removed from Groups if "Tags and Groups" disabled from Display Preferences

            Description

            When "Tags and Groups" are disabled from "Other Panes" in the Display Preferences
            civicrm/admin/setting/preferences/display?reset=1

            And you do a contact "edit" the contact is removed from all it's groups after save.

            Confirmed on a 4.4.4, 4.4.5 and on http://drupal.sandbox.civicrm.org
