For off-line memberships using price sets total amount equals zero is treated the same as total amount is null/empty

If you enter a membership off-line using a price set where the combination of price options means the amount is zero, then you can email a receipt but no information on membership type or price field options etc is included.

This is because of

{if $formValues.total_amount}

in line 73 of the off-line membership message template.

Total_amount = 0 is being treated the same as total_amount is null/empty (not sure which of these applies), as removing this if clause results in membership type and price field option details being included in the receipt .

These are different conditions and if you choose to send a membership receipt when the the contribution amount is zero then the line item information that shows how the amount came to be zero should be included in the receipt.
