Allow admins to enable waitlist participant statuses without leaving the Event Title and Settings configuration page?

On the New Event/Event Title and Settings configuration screen you can now create a new campaign, event type, participant role or participant listing without leaving the page.

Would be good to also include pop-up link to edit participant status options so a waitlist can be enabled.
