Edit and View Activity screens only retrieve first 25 target contacts

            Description

            If you use bulk action "Record Activity for Contacts" - and set > 25 target contacts for the activity, when you Edit or View the activity only the 1st 25 are retrieved. For Edit mode, this doesn't seem to cause data loss (I saved the form w/ only 25 entries showing but the activity still had 50 targets in activity_contact table after postProcess).
