Mark All checkbox on Merge Contacts screen is broken

            Description

                • This is a regression from 4.4 ****
                  If you go to merge two contacts and check the 'Mark All' checkbox, nothing happens.

            The toggleSelect method was changed from 4.4 to 4.5 (new code is in Common.js starting on line 498). This instance is not working.

            NOTE: I did a grep for toggleSelect elements elsewhere - and checked the others that aren't part of standard search UI and they did work properly.
