Change Limit Recipients field name and option label on schedule reminders page

If I understand things correctly, selecting "addition to" for the 'Limit recipients' field will send reminders to the contacts you select even if they don't meet the criteria specified previously.

If that is indeed the case then the "Limit Recipients" field needs to be relabelled because it is very confusing at the moment.

My suggestion would be to change "Limit recipients" to just plain "Recipients".

Also change Recipients dropdown label from "Addition to" to "Also Include".
