Standardize title of install instructions on wiki

            Description

            The wiki has a link at the top to jump between the latest and previous version of documentation, but it only works if the title hasn't changed. This means it breaks for the install instructions. I propose we take the version # out of the title (we could put it in a sub-header, although it should be fairly obvious because of which version's space it is in), and standardize on something like:
            Installing CiviCRM for Drupal 7
            Installing CiviCRM for Drupal 6
            ditto for the upgrade guides
