            Description

            Upgrading CiviCRM on Mac OS fails due to the Latin-1/ISO-8859-1 encoding of CRM/Upgrade/Incremental/sql/4.4.0.mysql.tpl. It should have the same UTF-8 encoding as the other SQL script files.
