Send Receipt block is not being shown on STANDALONE back-office event registration, membership signup, contribution forms

      Description

      The email-receipt block is not being shown in standalone mode for all 3 back-office forms: Contribution, Event Registration, Membership

          • This is a regression from 4.4 ***

      To recreate:

      • From 'Create New' button (upper left block) - click "Event Registration"
      • Add a new individual and include an email address
      • Select sample event and fill in rest of form

      The "Send Confirmation and Receipt" checkbox is NOT present on the form.

      Same steps for Create New -> Membership and Create New -> Contribution.

      In all three cases, the table row containing the checkbox has display:none style which should be updated when a contact with a valid email address is selected.
