I think the Configuration Checklist links to wrong URLs for From Email Addresses and Payment Processor

I think the From Email Addresses link on civicrm/admin/configtask?reset=1 goes to the wrong page.

I think it should go to civicrm/admin/options/from_email?group=from_email_address&reset=1 where all the from email addresses are displayed and more can be added, but instead it goes to edit screen for the default from address.

The similar situation applies to the Payment Processor link. I think it should go to /civicrm/admin/paymentProcessor?reset=1 but instead it goes to the page for creating a new payment processor.

I can perhaps understand why it does this for the payment processor; a new site will not have a payment processor configured so going directly to the 'add new payment processor' saves one click.

However if later on the site admin wants to check the configuration of an existing payment processor they may recall that they got to the payment processor from the configuration checklist and will be very confused when they can't see the payment processor they have configured by clicking on that link (Believe me, I was one site admin that did just that)
