            After upgrading to 4.5.beta3 I get the message ...

            Case type "adult_day_care_referral" corresponds to XML file ("/var/www/citybibleforum/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Case/xml/configuration.sample/AdultDayCareReferral.xml") The XML file should be named "adult_day_care_referral.xml".
